Small company...they will cancel on you without speaking with you and they will not access the problem unless you are with them to tell them my machine is not working and try to charge you for a trip visit. Took this company 1 week to fix my washer...45 mins just to change out a drain pump.

Kirby's people did an outstanding job. I had dealt with an electrician a couple of months ago and was ripped off badly. I fealt very good about dealing with Kirby's. Great company and great service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
