When the installation of our bathroom heater needed some additional work, the repairman returned my call, set up an appt. for which he was exactly on time and when I offered to pay for the extra service, he said it was not necessary. I expected quality service since the company had come highly recommended, his consideration and courteousness was a bonus.

The man who came out helped us above and beyond what he could have. We had a washer with a leak and didn't know if it was the washer itself or a leaky pipe. Found that it was the washer and helped us take it out of the back porch to our driveway.

Called 4 plumbers from Home Advisor, only 3 returned my call, Kirkland plumbing came out that day gave me the best price. Installation was done professionally and fast, and they cleaned up the mess when finished. Cameron was polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

The plumber was nice and courteous and he did a good job, I don't know anything about their customer service, and for the price I paid, I guess it was reasonable, they were the lowest bidder.

Kirkland Plumbing replaced and/or repaired 5 of my outside faucets. They all seemed to be working fine when they finished the job. However, the first time I went to use one of the faucets there was zero water coming out. I called Kirkland and to let them know that one of the faucets they repaired was not working at all. He said he was busy and would call me right back. He never did call me back. So two days later I called again and this time didn't get an answer so I left a detailed message. He has never returned my call. So I guess not only do they not stand behind their work, they won't even talk to you about it. :( I can not recommend them.

He arrived just a few minutes early. While working on the toilet, he noticed another seal that was old and replaced them and charged the same price with the exception of the cost of the extra parts. Toilet doesn't leak and works fine.

Ordered through HomeAdvisor. They didn't show up at scheduled time. I called them and they said sometimes the Homeadvisor request get lost. They came next day at appointed time. Professional work.

Saved $1200. Used again in 2014 after power surge fried control circuits on all my appliances including the tankless heater.

This plumber did and excellent job and showed up right on time both days he was scheduled to be here. We had the water spigots on the front and rear of the house repaired. The only thing that I would have liked to have had would be a detailed invoice breaking the cost between parts and labor. My invoices only had a description of what was repaired and the total due.

These guys came out after an ice storm and replaced a hot water tank located in my attic. They did this with precision and efficiency as if it was a normal temperate day. I am convinced that they are really superheroes that perform plumbing jobs in their spare time. I highly recommend them.
