My experience was 100% positive! From the first call I made to the final cleanup after the new roof was installed, the entire process was impressive. The office team was so helpful and made sure that someone came to inspect my roof to determine what I needed done quickly. The cost of my new roof was very reasonable. ?What impressed us most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. After the installation, their representative?who is also an experienced roofer?came out personally to go over everything with us. He took the time to answer all of our questions, got back up on the roof himself to make a few minor adjustments, and made sure every single concern was addressed. We greatly appreciated the care taken to ensure everything was done right. ?Joshua was extremely professional throughout the entire job. Thank you so much?I highly recommend them!

We hired Kirkland Roofing Company to completely rebuild our deck, and we’re extremely happy with how everything turned out. Our old deck was in pretty rough condition and needed much more than just a few repairs. They walked us through what needed to be replaced, explained our options, and were very clear about the work and pricing before getting started. The crew removed the old deck, rebuilt everything properly, and paid attention to the small details throughout the project. They showed up when they said they would, kept the work area organized, and communicated with us throughout the entire rebuild. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change, they were easy to work with and made sure we were happy with everything. The finished deck looks amazing and feels completely solid. We were in a bind when it came to doing a deck repair. We hired a different contractor who completely screwed up the job then we hired someone else from Home Depot to fix what the first contractor destroyed and that did not go as planned then we tried Angie?s list and we were contacted by Kirkland roofing company. The project was delayed a few times due to weather, but we were OK with it. We were in no rush. Joshua overseen the project every single day and made sure his team was on a tight ship and they were, I will be referring Joshua and Kirkland roofing company to all of my family and friends. I give this company a five star review this project was done last winter and it still holding up perfectly fine.

Very easy to work with recommend to all got the job done less than expected

Earlier this year we had a few leaks coming into our home. Our roof was less then 5 years old we tried contacting original contractor to come out but they went out of business obviously. I found multiple contractors and everyone had a different opinion on why my roof was leaking after concluding Kirkland roofing was our best option with the best rate and quality we are very pleased that we choice them. Over the big name company?s who wanted to charge us almost triple. Stay woke and do your research before jumping to conclusions we are satisfied that we did.

Job was leeks in roof demo and complete replacement, not roof clean. Home Advisor only provides roof clean as job option. Kirkland roofing were very professional. Courteous and knowledgeable with good communication start to finish. This is our second project with them and we now always recommended them to neighbors. We were provided with several options to mitigate our roof issues and received prompt updates with the crew. Highly recommended!, would 100% hire again!

Josh’s work on my roof was sloppy and his response has been abysmal. Below is a description of my experience along with photos. I paid Josh $9,204.80 to replace my garage roof in December 2022. On April 4, 2025 I noticed many drip spots on the floor underneath the section of the roof he replaced, and I saw a gap in the roofline. I called Josh about the issue. On April 23, a fellow representing Josh named Ernesto inspected the roof. He said the work was poor. He pointed out places where roofing nails punctured the roof and discolored plywood showed water damage. He said that the gap in the roofline was a problem. He sent photos to Josh. No word from Josh, so I called him on April 30th and left a message, no response. I made several follow up calls and no response. Josh's company botched the job and he doesn't have the professionalism or decency to respond to inquiries let alone fix his shoddy work. I think it's important for people to know these facts before using this company.

Joshua had a team come out to repair our deck in 2023. The work was horrible and the wrong material was used. Joshua came out and agreed it was bad and had a new team repair the deck. Unfortunately the work was again poorly done and it was leaking. After a few calls, they sent someone out to look and that person said the work was done incorrectly and he would let Joshua know about the problems. We called and texted Joshua for months. Joshua called and said the work was guaranteed and he would take care of it. We called, texted and emailed for months again and finally Joshua responded and said he would send some out to fix, or he would refund our money (after one year of leaking). A man named Steve came out November 27th to look at the deck work and stated that the deck work was done incorrectly, and there would be leaking until it is re-done. I have emailed and texted with no response for 2 months. This is not a reputable company. My deck is still leaking, and the company is horrible

Reinforced a deck by adding supports. They matched style well. Since it was uneven ground, they used cement shoes instead of cement pores. Minor gripe that some of the contractors kept wanting to do things differently, but with patients and after repeated explanation, they respected the original design and executed it really well

Joshua and his team was extremely helpful with all of our decision-making repairing our deck We had multiple contractors out and everyone told us we needed a brand new deck. Joshua worked with what he could and did a great job. I recommend this company.

I used this company last September. As a woman, they promised everything I needed including painting the deck for a steal and working with my time restraints since I did not want to have workmen at my house while my daughter was home alone. They started a week late with a contractor that spent most of his time trying to use my bathroom and gain access to the inside of my house by storing his equipment there at night. He was eventually fired from the job after messing up the deck and replaced with a faster crew 2 weeks later. So the 1 week job was done in a month they did throw in additional work to compensate for the harassment. Then they told me they couldn't paint the deck until it dried so June or July the following year. Information that should have been mentioned at the start of the project. When I called in June so many excuses about how they did not have painters anymore and they'd get back to me. 2 weeks later when I contacted them about nailing down boards they missed the first time around they miraculously found a painter. By this time I have found my own deck painter I trust and would rather pay an extra $2000 to have someone I trust near my house that will complete the job. I am still waiting to see if they come out and nail the boards down this week. Nice deck but not worth working with this team. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Manager Joshua was professional and courtesy. The crew arrived early and very friendly and responsive. Very hard workers. Project was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Kirkland Roofing responded quickly to repair our roof after high winds blew off a number of shingles. The team was really easy to work with and did an outstanding job.

Our chimney was leaking. We contacted Kirkland roofing on Monday around 1 PM. He had someone out there the same day and the repair was done the following day we was quoted a great price. We will definitely be keeping their info for anything else. I recommend to all.
