The signed proposal reflects monthly service; however, it does not specify a fixed service duration, and we acknowledge there was a misunderstanding regarding expectations. When cancellation was requested, our team responded based on how the account had been set up and the services already performed. "Jerry, we?re sorry you feel this way, but we?d like to clarify the situation for accuracy. Your service agreement included both removal and exclusion. As explained from the beginning, exclusion work cannot be performed until all animals are fully removed, which is standard practice to prevent trapping animals inside the structure and causing additional damage. Once removal was completed and we were ready to move forward with the exclusion portion of the job, you informed us that you were out of town and asked us to wait. Before the exclusion work could begin, the service was cancelled at your request. At no point did we perform or charge for exclusion or repair work that was not completed. We always aim to follow proper procedures and communicate clearly to ensure the job is done correctly and safely. We remain happy to discuss this further if you?d like to reach out directly."
