Great family owned business. Handled everything from soup to nuts. Installed whole house generator neatly and discreetly. Mark who is company owner was really nice and took his time explaining everything. Canâ t say enough about this experience. Beginning to end was superb!

I recently purchased a home and wanted to have a "Whole House" generator installed. Kirkpatrick Electric had serviced the generator at our previous home and I called to schedule an installation at my new home. From my first request to my "goodbyes " after the installation everything went perfect. There were no delays, no excuses, no issues. It just was "done" and done right - I am thrilled. I have reviewed many whole-house generator manufacturers and area dealers who install and service them. After many hours of research, I want to report that Mark Kirkpatrick and his Kirkpatrick Electrical team did a fantastic job of prepping and installing my whole-house Kohler Generator. The crew was very efficient with their time, in that the entire job took no more time than was initially estimated. This was noteworthy because the original wiring scheme of my fuse box was a challenge. And, this required additional labor necessary to put things right (at no additional cost). Mark even followed up a day later to personally make one more additional adjustment (at no fault of his own). A service after the sale (after being paid in full previously) that is very rare. I would highly recommend the Kohler brand generator -- and the Kirkpatrick Electrical team to install it. They were respectable, thorough and left my property in the manicured condition that they found it in (also very rare). Finally, there are too many reasons and benefits for why you should choose Kirkpatrick Electrical as your dealer/installer -- to write them all here. Save yourself time, money and aggravation. Workman showed up on time. The installers are very courteous and explained exactly how the install would take place. When the install was complete the technician explained in detail how the generator would work when a power outage happens. The office manager always responded in a timely fashion when I had questions regarding the install.

When the inspector came out to check the electrical of the installation of the generator, he was highly impressed. He did a very thorough inspection and found everything to be absolutely perfect, no errors or problems at all. A matter of fact, he even asked for a copy of Mr. Kirkpatricks business card for his own personal use. Day one I called him to inquire about the generator, Mark, the owner arrived at 8am the following day to meet with us. Very quick turnaround. They showed up on time, he actually helps and does the work. Mark is on site with his team. He has two with the gas and two with the electric. He went over the generator installation and electrical work with us and he showed us all the operations of the computer of the generator. Absolutely Incredible!

Returned initial call the same day, owner visited 8am the following day. Full inspection of home and positive recommendation. Chosen as he was a Premier Rated installer by Kohler. Installed in 2 weeks, town electrical inspector stated it was the best job he as seen. Installed in 4 hours. Great clean up. Great follow up. Fully reviewed functioning after installation. Kept me advised in licensing process with the township. A great generator, quality installation, great guarantee. Highly recommended. One of the few contractors where the owner, who helped with install, provides his cell phone number.

They are very honest, they cleaned up after themselves. They listen to what you request and recommend good options. His work ethic and expertise was excellent. Due to his fine organizational skills, my electricity was off for a short amount of time. They also had him put in an electric panel that was an excellent choice. Customer service was first class and he impressed me with his knowledge.

What a pleasant experience! From the moment I called to make the appointment to have my annual service done for my generator I had the feeling that I had contacted the right company. A service date was made and that morning I was contacted to confirm when the tech would arrive. Mark, the tech and also the owner, arrived as promised and could not have been more pleasant. I was truly impressed by how efficient he was and how neat and clean he left the equipment and the work area. He did a thorough job and when he was done my generator was humming. I was prompted to find another company to service my generator because the company that originally installed my generator had raised their annual service rate after the 1st year by 33% and they had an attitude. Kirkpatrick’s rate was very reasonable and actually a little less than the original company’s starting price. Mark told me that his price for Annual service was dependable and hasn’t changed in 12 years. He also would be able to do the warranty work if it was required. Kirkpatrick provided prompt, pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced service. What more could I ask for? I expect to continue using Kirkpatrick and feel confident that you will be happy to use them too.

Mark, the Owner was extremely punctual and accurate, which is something that I look for. My install of the new generator was completed in a timely fashion and to perfection.
