My HVAC unit freezes up constantly. I contacted a duct company and they informed me that they sized and Installed a unit too large for my home. I contacted Kirkpatrick and they told me that they no longer service residential units and that I should contact the manufacturer.

The two workers who came were very professional. They wore covers on their shoes and left everything like they found it. They explained everything they were doing. They sent a message when they were on their way and were on time. They were very respectful of me and the property. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job much sooner that I expected. I highly recommend this company.

Great price they underbid my original quote by almost 2k , great service, removed old unit and thoroughly cleaned up the area. Will definitely consider using this company in the future. Excellent follow up from the original technician, office and installers.

Originally thought it was an electrical problem with a water heater, but electrician came out, checked the electrical issues, and determined that the real issue was a plumbing issue. He arranged for the plumbing section to come. Quick response time, very courteous, fixed problem. Enjoyed the experience and if other issues arise, I would not hesitate to use Kirkpatrick Homes again.

The service tech was extremely helpful and informed me through the whole process. He even adjusted my shower water turn switch. The experience was a rarity as far as customer service. JUST AWESOME!
