Mina, the engineer, was hire for his attentiveness to my concerns and I received a prompt appt. After his services, I was pleased with the detailed Inspection. He started from the basement up to the attic. His report included detailed pictures and offered specific directions for the Repairs to the work needed. Overall â very good news I got from his inspection! Thanks be to God!!! Thanks Mina for time and explanation to the issues.

Mina Mikaeel of Kiro Engineering responded to my request immediately and was able to set up an appointment with me for the following day. My query involved the soundness of a building structural support. He took me through the entire examination process. He explained everything that he was looking for and how it related to the overall construction. After making the final evaluations at his office, his subsequent report (in writing) was timely (3 days), and thorough. He supplied me with more than enough information to confidently determine my final course of action.

Mr. Mina Mikaeel is courteous, knowledgable and helpful. He was on dot on time and spent fair amount of time to inspect the problem. He also guided us how to tackle our problem. He gave his report on this inspection together with pictures which was very helpful. I have no hesitation recommending Mr. Mikeel and will also consult him in my future needs.

They did just what we needed. We needed a structural engineers approval for our plans. He was very easy to work with and not pushy, as there was quite a delay between initial contact and the actual approval. That was on us because we ended up changing the blueprints, as soon as we had them finalized, everything went very quick and professionally.
