I paid for the 2023-2023 snow season on 11/09/2022. He did a good job through Dec. Then nothing. Service was not prompt. Received various excuses. Justin was cordial the few times I was able to contact him. I am 82 years old and partially disabled and am not able to shovel or use the snow blower. I would like a pro-rated return of funds paid.

Avoid this business. Poor communication, poor quality, failed to show up after snow events, whenever you do get into contact with him it's one excuse after the other, "truck broke down, got stuck, in the hospital didn't have a phone, didn't have the right equipment, too tired, too dangerous to drive in the snow". We prepaid for this season yet ended up having to hire other companies to finish his job. This guy is the biggest joke of a snow removal company in the FM area. I desire to have my money back, Kiss my Grass should be held accountable. Avoid this company it is abhorrent.

Justin has failed to clear my property of snow multiple times this winter. Every time has been followed up with some lie about why he can't get out to remove the snow. He is now avoiding my messages and calls about getting a refund. I have been scammed for $1800. Don't fall for the scam or his excuses.

"I do not know what you are referring to about a refund. But we have already worked out our issue and have taken care of your property. We apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication for the first time this season with you and will work on keeping you informed. If there is anything else we can do to fix this please let us know. Update: I have spoken to you about this Review and you stated that you did not leave this. I do not know exactly what is going on but you have been well taken care of besides 1 mistake and laps of communication due to a broken phone that was sent out for repair. I have since given you my personal."

They were fast and very detail oriented. I selected an add on and the guy pulled all of the weeds in the cracks of the driveway. My yard looks amazing!

The guy that I spoke to Justin was very nice and approachable. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done in order for my yard to look the best. This company by far is the best bang for your buck
