Yash was very knowlegeable and fixed my Merlin system fax problem in about 30 minutes He really knows what he is doing and is very friendly We had some problems getting together (it took about 2 weeks) due to the fact that yash works mostly in manhattan during the day and lives in esatern Queens which is not too far from my small office in west nassau Therefore Yash needed to come in the evening. He arrived at about 8:30 PM and by 9:00 PM he had it fixed
