Website promises *uncompromised quality in all our services*. What I got was sloppy and shoddy workmanship every step of the way. Website also promises *Incomparable Warranty*, but at the one-year mark, there are significant defects, for which Owner Chris Fuller makes excuses. Would absolutely NEVER recommend or rehire.

We finally decided to remodel our guest bathroom, we got a couple of estimates and decided on Kitchen Bath and Glass. Boy are we happy that we did. The work started on time and we were informed every step of the way, The first day we had a calendar and a projected time frame with a WISH COMPLETE date and a agreed upon date. Every morning we had a call from the project manager telling us when the contractor will be there and if there was anything new that we needed to know about. The tile contractor was so professional and cleaned up at the end of the day after the work. The plumber was equally as professional and did a great job. They both showed up on time and were very pleasant. The dumpster was removed immediately upon completion instead of it sitting in our drive way for a couple extra days. The project manager gave us her cell phone number and was available if we had any questions. The job was completed on our wish date and the complete project took 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish and we are very happy. We would definitely hire them again for any remodel.

I just wanted to thank Kitchen Baths & Glass Center for all the work you did at my house. After doing a web search for bathroom remodels Kitchen Bath & Glass Center came up as one of the choices. After meeting with them, we decided they would do our bathroom remodel. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the installation crew. Traci, Chris and Dave were all easy to work with. The bathroom came out so awesome, the quality of the work, the timing everything was as they said it would be. Thanks again for a great job and would too recommend them anytime. In the past 5 years we have re-done our entire house - replaced all windows & doors to meet hurricane code, Mater Bathroom, front entry, pool, patio, back deck, carpet and finally the kitchen using a number of contractors - Chris Fuller, owner of Kitchen Bath and Glass Center is the worst contractor, HANDS DOWN. We spent >$30K with him on cabinets, counter tops, sink, and a center island quartz top. We were told the project would take "4-6 weeks" and actually took >15 weeks to complete and the delays are due to inferior workmanship, poor quality cabinets and outright mistakes made by Kitchen Bath and Glass, here are the facts: Chris Fuller never once set foot in our house prior to, or during the renovation project - even after all of problems started. When they did start, he initially took our phone calls but soon reverted to having his employees respond. Kitchen Bath and Glass Center ordered the wrong Quartz material for the island and it took two weeks to replace it. When it finally arrived it couldn't be installed because " the cabinets weren't square". His cabinet installer didn't line up the cabinets properly. The Kitchen Bath and Glasss Center countertop and cabinet subcontractors work required both of them to make numerous return visits to fix visually obvious defects - both subcontractors were criticized by the other installers, electricians, plumbers, tile guys, etc. One said, "I haven't seen this shabby of cabinet work in 18 years on the job". Another subcontractor from Orlando said, "Brevard county construction work is not very good but this counter top is terrible". The countertop subcontractor measured and made the wrong cuts - and didn't order the replacement product until 3 weeks later; nobody at Kitchen Bath and Glass bothered to check into this until we complained. When it was finally ordered we were told it was "out of stock in the state of Florida" and wouldn't be in for at least 3 weeks. Kitchen Bath and Glass Center ordered the wrong cabinets - we wanted a drawer capable of holding hanging files; they "forgot". The workmanship of the cabinets was shoddy - we have warped cabinet doors and three different portions of cabinets didn't have internal hardware installed or was only partially installed. The project is now complete thanks to multiple shims, glue, and faux pieces of trim. We are not satisfied with the outcome. My recommendation: Avoid Kitchen Bath and Glass COMPLETELY - You can easily find a better contractor than Chris Fuller for ANY project to be done on your house.
Response from Kitchen Bath and Glass Center
"Start date of work 10-23-17 Substantial completion 12-6-17 8 weeks from start to finish not including punch work. Punch work took 6 weeks. things like drawers fronts, crown molding, special order items like a file cabinet drawer that took 6 weeks to get.. Corian manufacturer had to order a color that was not a stock item etc. Yes it did take a long time to finish this project, way more time than we expected. but it took time to correct the mistakes and problems we encountered. But we did everything we should have done in a timely fashion to resolve the issues and did excellent work, We went over and above the contract to try to please this customer. We did have an issue with the counter top and it did take several weeks to resolve it, but that was a manufacturer error and delay. Contract signed 9-22-17 final selections from customer 10-17-17 Cabinets delivered 10-17-17 Start work 10-23-17 All work done to substantial completion 12-7-17, (8 weeks total approx) Punch work completed 1-22-17 Quality work takes time to complete."

Unfortunately, you have no control on the people they hire. If the quality of work is poor, basically you can do very little. I ended up completing the last kitchen cabinets myself because I could not trust their quality of work. Especially I had a problem with their carpenter named Greg who was hired to do all the kitchen cabinets, a very sloppy and careless guy even though he was not young. He used to boast that he had a side much more paying job in a hotel with hundreds of rooms. Can you imagine he told me that, his customer? When I tried to tell the company boss to replace him, he just refused.

"This was a very high end modern application with vertical lift aluminum cabinet doors on the upper cabinets. The customer was a very hands on home owner that stood by and offered his opinion and help at all times. Some of it was helpful some of it was not. In the end it kept the finish carpenter from being able to concentrate. This was a very nice kitchen and the level of craftsmanship was superb."

Came out promptly and gave a firm quote. Some issues when they came to install but provided someone who could provide tile work that needed to be done.

They are the best contractor I had out of 2 bathroom remodels. They were very professional. They showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what we asked. I would recommend them to anyone.
