They got the work done in a timely time Not able to talk to them have more work that needs to be done and have referrals for two friends

We signed a contract with them in March of this year 2024 , They said it would be a couple months before they would come measure the project and that it would likely be completed in August. The guy came to measure in late July after we left several messages asking what was going on. He said we should be all installed by October. At the end of September after not hearing anything we called several times only to get voicemail. We left several messages. Finally the owner called back and was making all kinds of excuses about you name it ! And says sometimes these things take months longer than expected!!! What??? We asked for a time frame for completion, he said he would call back with that. We havenâ  t heard back since , despite many calls and more voicemail. This is a terrible experience and now we have lost all faith in everything they have said and we just want our deposit back which sadly I feel will require a lawsuit. We would never recommend this company!!

Excellent work! They focus on detail! Couldn't be happier with the results even after several obstacles along the way. At times, communication could be improved, but overall a good experience.

Mike F has been great to work with throughout this project. He designed a simple galley kitchen in my daughter's "new" 100-yr old house, which had no functioning kitchen when she bought it in Dec '21. We had several designs and bids, and his estimate was the quickest (within 48 hrs of his site visit), his design the most appealing, and his price and approach was very fair, clear and generous. He worked with us to keep the price down without sacrificing quality, and he partnered with a great countertop/sink outfit to add some additional positive features. He has been solid and honest at every step of the process. In addition, his cabinet installer (Mike G) was highly skilled, interesting, focused and eager to assist in every way possible. I've already spoken to Mike F about phase 2 of the kitchen renovation! Highly recommended!

Mike did a great job at designing the kitchen, He was able to really open up the kitchen and fully utilize the entire space, previously I had a lot of unused "dead" space. His contractor, Aaron was awesome! He did a great job with the installation. He was 100% dedicated to doing everything correctly and not cutting any corners. He was always willing to explain his process. He also made a few suggestions to help improve on the space that I hadn't previously considered. He's also great with dogs which was a bonus. Overall great experience dealing with Mike and Aaron. I will be reaching out to them for all future projects,

Overall, Kitchen Options, Inc. was great. Mike did a beautiful design and the subcontractors were friendly, efficient, and ensured my home was clean when I arrived home from work. Quality of he work was superb.

Best people i have ever hired to work on my House. They make sure your happy with their work.

We hired them for refacing of kitchen cabinets starting February 1st, 2021, replaced countertops, new sink, added pantry, and new extra cabinet. I recommend you haggle the price with them, it is high and could be lower for what you are getting. This company uses sub-contractors to do the actual work. From what I can tell, the subcontractors get the raw end of the stick. Anything that goes wrong or they do not receive is blamed on them, so they end up fabricating or making it work. This is not the best solution, that I can see, Iâ m guessing it happens a lot. I will say, we were told 1 week to complete with a clause of **maybe more** if something goes wrong. The job was 99% complete in 9 days. A little more than 6 weeks later, the last part is put in. The workers used a tool vac to collect dust during cutting and sanding. The vacuum cut down on dust 99%, that was super appreciated. Cuts down on sawdust. Pros - Long story short, the refacing looks fabulous, new drawers are great. Cons - I wish they re-formatted the interior of the cabinets, i.e., new shelves. I would recommend them to anyone looking for kitchen refacing. Just remember to negotiate with them about the cost. I do recommend that someone be there with them through the entire process but that is just my preference.

We had an excellent experience with Mike from Kitchen Options, Inc. Not only was working with Mike so excellent, but the quality of the subcontractors used was great. We were so happy with the carpentry work, electrical, plumbing, counter-tops, and tiling. We really appreciated the clear communication and the true partnership.

Mike, at Kitchen Options, and his installer, Bryan made sure that EVERYTHING from start to finish in my kitchen remodel went smoothly. From picking out cabinets, hardware and granite to installation. They were incredibly easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. If a snag occured they both made sure it was dealt with and "fixed" almost instantly. I don't usually do these surveys, but I was ecstatic at how quickly, professionally and beautifully my kitchen came out. I've continued to work with Bryan on other projects in my house. I would also use Mike, at kitchen Options, again in a heartbeat. Kitchen is done and I couldn't be happier with it and how effortlessly it all came together because of Mike and Bryan!

I recently worked with Kitchen Options for a complete kitchen remodel, including new kitchen footprint with wall removal, new cabinets, countertops and installation of wood flooring. I was very happy with the entire process and the finished product looks great. Mike (project manager) was extremely easy to work with and communication was smooth from the initial consult and design through the project completion. Eric and his crew completed the work professionally and with a high level of craftsmanship. The communication was excellent, letting us know daily of when he would be onsite and the planned work to be completed that day. Both Mike and Eric offered creative ideas along the way that we incorporated into the project and they easily handled any curveballs we threw at him throughout the remodel. Lastly, the work was completed on time and at a reasonable and fair price. Overall, I was very pleased to work with Kitchen Options and would highly recommend.

I would hire them again and will recommend them to everyone.... the best experience from start to finish. Loved them !

I hired Kitchen Options to remodel my master bathroom. They were professional, patient and flexible to the needs of the project; offering needed advice. Additionally, the finished tile work is phenomenal as they took their time to precision match glass tiles and custom build inset shelving. You will not be disappointed with the finished result.

I hired Kitchen options at the end of 2019 for my kitchen cabinet refacing. I have a small kitchen. The project took nearly 2 months to complete - it was a stressful TWO months. They ordered the wrong color crown molding, and one drawer was broken, so they re-ordered it.

Mike was very responsive everytime we contacted him, he was also flexible on item we wanted to change or adjust. The contractor that did the job remodelled the master bathroom were very experienced and did a nice job within the schedule.

Paul was the one who refaced the cabinets. The factory sent two different color grays for the bottom cabinets and he was on the phone immediately to the office. They took care of straightening out the issue. Paul explained what he was doing, made sure to block off my living room so dust wouldn't get through (I have an open concept) and he was wonderful with my four little munchkin dogs. He always left my home clean when he left.
