"Thank you for your review Robert. Normally I do not have my customers provide their own plumbing as I have my own licensed plumbers complete any of my contracted jobs. If and when any complications arise with existing plumbing, my guys take care of it and there is never an issue. Since I allowed the client to handle their own plumbing, at his request, a non-issue became an issue unfortunately. If any client has a service request they can contact me directly in order to have them taken care of immediately. I have not heard from you at all. I always back up my work and will be more than willing to come out in order to make you 100% happy. Hope to speak soon!"
