We recently completed our kitchen remodel, and it is absolutely beautiful! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Phillip and Joey are professional, communicative, and attentive to every detail along the way. I can't say enough about the superb communication before and during the renovation. Cody and Emma showed up every day at 8 am and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was surprised how clean my kitchen looked at the end of each day; they showed the utmost respect for our home. They were a delight to have in our home for a week, Cody would say, "Welcome Home" when I got home from work. He is the definition of first-class. The remodel was highly organized and the quality is superb. Our new kitchen has completely transformed our home, and it exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend KTU to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

We had our kitchen island surface replaced—not a huge job—but Kitchen Tune-Up treated it like it mattered. They took the time to help us pick the right surface and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and they knocked it out in one day. We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with custom cabinets through Kitchen Tune-Up, and the results are incredible. Alyssa was a huge help with choosing colors, tile, light fixtures, the sink, hardware — you name it, she’s your girl! Joey, Gavin, and Pat were also incredible to work with. Every member of the team was talented, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail was perfect. One of the best parts of working with Kitchen Tune-Up was that they coordinated trusted subcontractors and organized each stage of the project seemingly. We are pretty happy with the end result of our kitchen tune-up with a few exceptions. First, everyone who came out to the house was extremely nice. Emma worked extremely hard to prepare the kitchen for the make over. I love our backsplash but the installer did not cover our new granite countertops while he worked and he caused some minor "damage" to my cabinets. Emma came out and fixed that. A couple days ago, I noticed that he nicked my lower right window frame in the kitchen and a small piece is missing. I guess he was supposed to reinstall my microwave but didn't. Emma and someone else did it and they drilled the holes to far to the right. There is a huge gap on the left side and the microwave is so tight in the upper right corner that the microwave is slightly crooked. There was also a lot of communication issues which caused the project to take a little longer then originally discussed. I have made Phillip aware of the microwave. If not for these small but important issues, I would have been extremely happy with my experience instead, I'm happy with the upgrades but I'm glad it's over. I would recommend this company but just make sure you get a daily itinerary and make sure you are clear on what is going on for the day. Also keep in mind that you are dealing with several different companies not. Just Kitchen Tune Up.
