Nico and Joel were excellent they went above and beyond in explaining things that they found while refinishing our cabinets

I found the service top notch. Sales, project management and tradespeople were all professional. The team was responsive and kept their timelines. I would highly reccomend KTU to anyone who wants an upgrade or who has deferred maintenance. You won’t go wrong if you choose them.

I have a beautiful kitchen now! Designer Ben Yamba was smart, thoughtful and creative. Rocco & his crew were efficient and professional. I enjoyed working with them and with Mayra.

The Kitchen tune-up team ultimately came out with a kitchen that we love. We went with cabinet refacing, new countertops and a new herringbone backsplash. Nicco, Joel and the team in the day to day were fantastic, with advice when we were implementing, everywhere from where tiling wouldn't work to direction of the cabinets. Where we weren't so happy was the overall management. While Takia and Ben ultimately delivered on a product we loved, to get there was a constant struggle in communication and looking for expert opinions.

We are very happy with the work done by the Kitchen Tuneup staff and love our new kitchen. We knew up front that we were paying top dollar and expected exceptional service. We got that from all the workers. A project manager coordinates all aspects of the project. We saw her once when she came to take measurements. We were very surprised that she never stopped by to check on the progress or at the end to see the completion of the job. She must rely on the pictures taken by workers at the end of each day. Also, we picked tile and hardware that cost more than the allotted amount. We knew that we would pay the difference but didn't expect that we would pay the retail rate when we knew they paid a discounted rate. Neither the project manager or sales person had an answer for this. We expected better when paying top dollar. Overall we are very satisfied but would have asked more questions up front.

They truly make sure that you were satisfied with the work no matter what has to be done which is a good business model
