My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and pantry, thanks to Kitchen Tune-Up of Exton, PA. The design, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and all materials were of the highest quality, and everyone from KTU and the independent contractors they hired dazzled us with their attention to our wishes and needs and to every detail. We now enjoy a beautiful, contemporary kitchen that is light and bright and open to the living areas. In place of a little powder room that went unused, we now use on a daily basis a very smart-looking pantry with storage for all our perishables plus tools and paints for all our household and crafting needs. We are appreciative that Jeff Toren and his entire team were ever-mindful of our schedules and the occasional changes we requested. We would not hesitate to recommend KTU!

My kitchen refacing was scheduled to be completed the week of December 5th-9th. I had workers from Kitchen Tune-Up come out to my place to take the proper measurements for my new cabinet doors and drawers (in addition to seeing the place at least twice before then for the consultations). I emptied all my kitchen cabinets and prepared for the work to be done that week, as requested. I was then disappointed to learn that 2 of my cabinet doors were incorrectly measured and I had to wait an extra 2-3 weeks for the correctly sized doors to come into stock and be installed. The worker also told me the cabinets were supposed to come pre-boarded, but were not, and he had to do this process at my place. Despite these inconveniences, and without any complaints, I accepted the outcome and put my kitchen back as best as possible, despite an entire cabinet missing a door and the other cabinet not fitting correctly. A few weeks later, I was told my kitchen cabinet doors were ready to be installed and I again made an appointment. Once again, the cabinet door was incorrectly measured and I was told it was going to be another 2-3 weeks to order the correctly-sized door and install it. Again, I did not complain and respectfully accepted the outcome. Almost 2 months later, my kitchen was finally completed today. I understand mistakes happen - we are all human. However, making back-to-back mistakes that resulted in an almost 2 month delay goes completely against what the company advertises: "Remodel Your Kitchen in Only 1-5 Days." It did not take 5 days. It took nearly 60. The company prides itself on being dependable, though this experience has left a poor taste in my mouth as it relates to measurement work and quality control. It was not very dependable. Owner would not speak to me on the phone about this issue. Employee offered to take funds out of his personal paycheck to help with the delay. Poor management. Unimpressed. Quality of work was good once finished, but the lack of customer service was lacking.

Unfortunately sometimes despite our best efforts some errors occur in the measure and ordering process and we made immediate replacement orders and came out as quick as possible to install the items. The second issue with the doors occurred due to shipping damage from the vendor which was beyond our control. I am glad you are pleased with the final result and we followed through and corrected all issues. I as the owner was never aware that you wanted to speak with me and would be more than happy to speak to you or any customer to hear your feedback or help solve any issues possible that I can assist with. Our project manager had numerous discussions to solve the issues and we provided a discount for the inconvenience. We hope you enjoy your new kitchen for years to come."

This was one of the worse project experiences I have ever had to go through. I went with them because I was sold on I would have a project managers and a team of people I could reach out to if I had any issues. The sales rep was very good and I bought his enthusiasm in the company. From the beginning, my experience was not on track. Our so called designer, promised many things and never delivered. I don't believe he knew what he was doing. He never wrote anything down and we constantly had to correct the project plan because of errors he made. After that when the program began my project manager basically came in showed me some papers and collected a check I never heard from him again unless he was returning my calls with a complaint. I was told it would take 5 days for my cabinets to be completed but they never coordinated enough workers to do the work. I constantly had different people come in to do work who really didn't understand the project. One person made so many errors that I needed to have 4 doors replaced because he put the wrong hardware on them or drilled on the wrong side of the door. The workers Paul, John and Steve did their best but they were set up to fail because their was no real PM to set time needs for the project. Even though my project is at 2 months past when it should be done, I am always put on the back of the list. I never felt like I was a priority. The work is still not done. I have to give credit where credit is due. They outsourced the counters to Imperial Granite and the backsplash to Tile By Arts. Both vendors did an A+ Job. My recommendation is is you are looking for a non hassle way to reface your kitchen Stay clear of Kitchen Tune-Up

Kitchen Tune-Up did a great job for us. Starting with a very knowledgeable designer to high quality craftsmanship, we were very pleased with our kitchen and bathroom cabinet refacing. Our old peeling cabinets were replaced with new, high-quality, attractive cabinets; including new hardware and modifications to the existing cabinets that left us with more useable space. Highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking to refresh their kitchen or bathroom.

From the inception when I reach out to Kitchen-Tune-Up, the salesman spent as much time with me as needed until I was completely satisfied. Next, I was very impressed when owner came out to the house to actually perform all of the measuring and to reinforce what I discussed with the salesperson as to exactly what I wanted remodeling my kitchen. Lastly, the technician who performed the work, was not only very professional, he always kept me apprised what he was doing each day, which took about a full week to complete the work.

The design recommendations, materials, and workmanship were all excellent. I love my updated kitchen. I was the general contractor, but they made good recommendations for flooring, countertops, appliances, etc. and coordinated well with others.

I love my new kitchen! It's been a year and my kitchen still looks brand new. Kitchen Tune Up had great options for refacing the cabinets. I choose 2 different materials for my kitchen. I had the furr down and some of the walls done in a different color and texture material. The furr down is the area between the top of the cabinets and the ceiling. The whole job was really well done and exceeded my expectations. Excellent workmanship and outcome. I could have cooked during the refacing process if needed. I feel the price was reasonable. I was kept informed of when the worker would be there and he arrived on time when expected. The work was completed in a timely fashion. My old drawers were totally replaced with new ones. I love the pull out shelf options for my pantries and the soft close doors on the doors and drawers. The refacing material is easy to clean and maintain with water & a microfiber cloth. In my pictures note the faced shelving area and new door underneath in my dinning area. Two doors where changed to 2 large drawers - no more crawling into a bottom cabinet to get things out. If interested, Kitchen Tune Up had options for countertops, and undercabinet lighting. I highly recommend Kitchen Tune Up!

I cannot say enough about Kitchen Tune-Up! Linda and David made me feel at ease tackling my first large home improvement project. They were so easy to work with, responsive, timely and professional. Polo was amazing! His attention to detail was noticeable and appreciated. He treated my home like his own and made my kitchen look amazing! It’s a wonder what refacing can do to the look of a kitchen. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing. I cannot wait to have them do my backsplash in the fall!

Work started on time with a crew, but as time went on we had only one worker named Polo who did an excellent job, especially cutting around our existing crown molding. We did ask Polo if he minded working by himself and he said no! Our kitchen took longer because the pull out drawers arrived mismeasured but they were worth the wait. Love the ulility drawer ( knives & forks) designed by Jeff! We had a few minor problems the first year, but they were handed immediately. One of the key reasons we contracted with Kitchen Tune-up was their promise that they had contractors to help us navigate with counter, tile, flooring, etc. even though we live in Philadelphia . All were excellent! Kitchen was done in March 2019
