Disappointing 7-Month Experience: Safety & Quality Issues Hired KTU Newnan/Peachtree City in May 2025 ($10k+ project). While the sales pitch by Amy Charboneau was professional, the execution was poor. We were promised a 10-week timeline; it took 7 months. Demo began Sept 16 and "finished" Dec 12. Despite promises, they started before all materials were on hand, leaving us in a construction zone for months. Major Safety Hazard: Glass pantry panels were installed with only glue and no fasteners. Some of the glass has fallen and shattered. KTU has not returned messages regarding this safety failure. Poor Workmanship: Baseboards lack mitered cuts, kick-boards are flimsy particle board, and crown molding doesn't match the room. Drawers are wobbly. Owner Al Sickle deflected blame for delays until shown our records. Their payment structure (90% paid before the job is halfway done) removes any incentive to finish. Advice: Get written completion dates with penalties and verify all materials
