I just had my bathtub reglazed this week. My first conversation was with Nick S., the operation manager, who was very responsive, efficient, and transparent from the beginning to the end. He came out to my house on time, set up the appointment for the project. and was very accommodating to the needs. He assigned Archil on my project. Archil showed a little later than our appointment time, but I understood why when he started on my project. Archil is very careful, thorough, and detail-oriented. His prep work was meticulous, and when he finished the job after the two days of hard work, I ended up with a new bathtub! Since he was so meticulous, it took him longer than the scheduled duration but I loved it!
I would work with Nick and Archil any time in the future when I have surface refinishing task at home. I strongly recommend Miracle Solution.

My compliments to Loren Robinson and the team at Miracle Method. There was no upsell, and they even acknowledged my military service with a 10 percent veteran discount. Loren explained how the repair and reglazing of my sink would proceed and there were no surprises. The technician that did the repair was professional, courteous, and ensured the entire work area was cleaned up. I am 100 percent satisfied with the repair of my sink and highly recommend Miracle Method of Seattle for any sink or tub repairs.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Just days after the resurfacing was completed, the tub began flaking and continued to deteriorate. Despite being told it would last 10?20 years, the quality and durability were clearly lacking. The technician arrived hours late, didn?t ventilate the space properly (forcing my tenant to leave for two nights), and the overall professionalism was poor. I ultimately had to get a quote to replace the tub entirely. While I was offered a partial refund and the operations manager was responsive and helpful with my concerns, I cannot recommend this service.

"Good morning Tyson, We apologize that you didn't have a positive experience with our service. The picture you posted are issues that can arise but are 100% covered under warranty. As Nick had explained, we could have this issue resolved quickly and work around you or your tenant's schedule. This is part of our service and we would love the opportunity to fix it as we have offered multiple times. Our bathtubs can last up to 10-20 years with routine cleaning and care which we provide instructions for in our customer service packet. As for the smell, the application is an acrylic base and there is no way of avoiding smell. It's non-toxic to the tenants and the smell dissipates after 24-48 hours. I apologize for the smell, but this is unavoidable with refinishing. The venting that is set up with our technicians on site is to limit any overspray in the bathroom but does not eliminate smell. As the tub dries, it off-gases. Again, we apologize this was not the experience you expected. We are still more than happy to come out and repair the issue. It?s a quick fix that will be nowhere near as invasive as the first time in terms of smell. You can contact us at 425-251-3745 and we are happy to get this scheduled."

The gentleman from miracle method of Seattle that resurfaced are cracked bathroom sink was amazing. He did a beautiful job. The sink looks like it is brand new, nice and shiny and zero remnants of seeing the big crack in that was in the sink. Without knowing any prices, it was double what I was thinking, it may cost but well worth the money spent and would spend it again if I ever needed to for another sink. If you need any porcelain repairs, I highly recommend miracle method of Seattle..

Simply the most cost -effective way to breathe new life into an old tub. You could resurface 15+ times for the cost to replace the tub once... So why not just resurface and keep stuff out of the landfill that still has life in it? The quality of the work was perfect. If they offered car painting, I'd hire them to do that as well... That's how smooth the application was.

Professional services. We had the tub resurfaced by another contractor and they made a mess! All bumpy and uneven surface, it was impossible to clean the tub! Miracle method was able to correct most of the issues and save us replacing the bathtub altogether! Thank you!

Miracle method was a great company to work with. The first day the repairman was supposed to come he didn't due to conflicts but he did come out the following day and apologized for the inconvenience, Overall the quality was great and my bathtub looks brand new. I would recommend them for any repair work as this was great experience.
