very quick and professional

I did not give all 5-star ratings because I'm waiting on a call back from vendor because the door seems to be hanging up in the tracks causing a loud buckling noise when the door is opened from the fully closed position. The tracks need to be adjusted to eliminate this problem.

We had an issue with the door as supplied to KGDCo NOT being exactly like the sample off of which I made my purchase decision. Doug and the Clopay rep worked with me to solve the problem. They obviously felt customer satisfaction was their top priority, which I really appreciated. And Stephen, the young man who came to install 3 separate doors, was fantastic.

Rating the value as very good--the doors were quite expensive but that was not the fault of the installers. I chose aluminum for rust resistance, rather than less expensive steel.

These guys were absolutely great. They installed the new garage door opener in a half an hour. Did a demo with the remote opener and they were on their way. Very professional and easy to work with. I wold definitely give the guys a call for any garage door work.
