They were very professional. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I felt their price was realistic and they accepted credit cards. I dealt with the owner who does the installation and I was very comfortable with that. He was very helpful in explaining how he would do the installation and let me keep the carpet books to show my family before I decided on which carpet. Overall, a very nice experience.
