Jennifer was very professional and performed a wonderful job (on very very short notice) cleaning our rental apartment after a sewer line backup. The whole apartment was flooded overnight and we contacted Kitten Cleaning service and they were there the next day and went right to work cleaning. They were thorough and the apartment was spotless after the cleaning. A++++
