I had a small installation of the landing which had to be seamed. they assured me they could do the seaming but it was very poorly done. I am extrememly dissapointed the the quality of work completed.

Kiwi Clean provided a very timely response to our service request- less than 24 hours! Mr. Tillman arrived on time for the appointment, and he provided prompt and very professional service. We have pets, and I am very pleased with how freshly scented and clean our carpets are now. We will definately use this comany for our future carpet cleaning needs.

The gentleman was clean fast and courteous. He did a great job with the carpets and they look way better than they did. I am going to use them again next week to clean the carpets in my RV!

No point of reference to properly rate this service other than carpets were much cleaner that before the service. There were some spots that did not come out, but I can't say it was because of poor service. I would hire another company next time to compare. Technician was knowledgable about carpet care and not shy about sharing his expertise. I liked that!

Quick professional work this was the first cleaning of my carpet, I am looking at my calendar to determine when to reschedule them. prices were as quoted which was considerable cheaper than the others.

The customer service Mr. Irving exibited was superb, however my windows have streaks.

The technician was prompt in keeping our appointment (10 mins early)and was ready to go to work. He was professional and his appearance was neat. He did an inspection, rendered his opinion, moved my furniture and got the job done in about two hours. How impressive is that?! His price was reasonable too. My carpet is now clean and it smells fresh. Thank you Mr. Tillman for a job well done.
