This company has my highest rating. Richard is very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He spent a lot of time disassembling my dryer and assessing the problem. He gave me his honest opinion that it would probably not be worth the cost of repairing my older dryer. He didn't charge me for the part he had ordered.

Super simple fix, probably could have done it myself. However, the gentleman who came was super nice and offered to come out again if there were any issues free of cost. Sometimes you just need a pro to come in!

He was reliable and honest. Was not able to repair my washer due to the fact that the parts he needed were no longer available. Did mention he could purchase off Ebay (maybe) but would not recommend it. I appreciate his honesty as he could so easily have tried to charge us just because he could. I would definitely recommend as honest people are hard to come by now a days.
