The Project Manager, Kevin, was excellent. He was visible and available throughout the entire project. The roof installers worked hard and were focused. My only problem with the crew was the first night they worked until it was dark and then kept working. Two members used the flashlights on their cell phones to light up the area where work was happening. I told they project manager they needed to quit for the night. I was concerned someone might be hurt.

Klaus was hired to repair the Yankee Gutter system completely around the house. We also engaged Klaus to repair and replace the exposed upper porch deck.

Klaus staff from start to finish were very professional and thorough. Everything was explained and job was completed in a timely manner In a couple of days my roof and gutters were done. They did a great job with installation and clean up also the work crew was courteous and friendly. I'm satisfied with the work and would recommend.

Never again, all you do is hire sub contractors for cheap and over charge for the service. The sub contractor would have done the work for less than $500.00, but you charged me almost 4 times as much. Never Again, and everyone I talk to knows not to deal with you people.

Josh was genuine, down to earth and very thorough in his explanations of the product and what to expect. So far. I couldn’t be happier.

They did a great job. Would recommend. Josh and Nick and the whole crew were great.

The crew they sent out did great work they figured out how to fix some challenges in the job and after they left, they cleaned up and you wouldâ ve never known when they were there in a single word review, I would say professional
