I was impressed with the work of Mr. Luis. He was clean, punctual, and always able to explain what he was doing in my language. It is a plus that he is bilingual.

Luis was very prompt and professional. I detailed what I wanted them to do and he gave me his quote. 2 very nice ladies showed up on the appointed day. I only gave the quality a 3 star because the floors and one of the bathrooms were really not clean. I agreed to pay $135.00 for the service, which I did. The 2 ladies were at my home for maybe 3 hours. I felt confident leaving them with a key and with my dogs because I had to head to work. I don't feel @ $45.00 per hour (div by 2 @ @ $ 22.50) that I really got my monies worth. For full disclosure, Luis did tell me to call him if anything wasn't up to snuff but I have been so busy that I never called him back. I may use them again but I will be more specific on what I need.

The cleaning women broke our bedroom blinds on both windows. We tried calling Luis many times, but after the 1st time we told him what had happened, he would not return our calls. We reported this to HomeAdvisor and are still waiting for an answer. Klean N' Care was neither careful nor responsible. We suggest that you don't use them.

Luis called me almost immediately after asking for a quote and was more than helpful and explained his services that he offered. i was only going to be in town for a few days and needed a deep cleaning done on property i own. He worked to fit me into his schedule without a problem and provided a very reasonable quote. His crew of 4 showed up on time, very respectful and easy to work with. I was working in the house the same time they were there and they were flexible enough to work around us and they did a phenomenal job. I will definetly use them again or recommend them to a friend. Thank you for a job well done.

I've had the pleasure of having Klean 'N' Care do a deep clean for my elderly father; Their work was "incredible." I'm looking for a way to have them on a regular basis. Easy to work with, thoughtful, respectful, I merely explained my dad's situation and they knew just was to do. I was very, very , pleased and impress.

Luis is extremely professional, thorough and super nice. His team did a phenomenal job on our rental that was a mess after tenants moved out. Price was beyond reasonable and we could not have been happier. We will be contacting them again for regular maintenance cleaning!

Luis and his team promptly came by that evening to provide an estimate of what was necessary within my home. We set up a day and a time to have my home cleaned. They arrived on time. My bedroom had a significant amount of dust. Luis and his team cleaned my bedroom beyond expectation. I would highly recommend this company. I will continue to use their services.
