KleanSlate, LLC

Did a very good job on our furniture. He arrived on time and went right to work. I would use this service again.

Very prompt and thorough. Did an amazing job. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

Paid for deep cleaning which made the price higher than maintenance cleaning.

Very professional & friendly. Flexible schedule.

Very efficient. Cleaned my apartment from top to bottom.

I found the cleaning service to be very professional and thorough

Everyone I have interracted with is professional and proven to be reliable. I hily recommend KleanSlate!

Didn't clean thorough enough

Great job with the move out cleaning service pricing is a little high for my area but overall great job

Service was very poor, the Master bath was cleaned perfectly everything else was awful, would not recommend. Fan never touched, TV stand never touched, overall experience...Total rip off for the money. Owner never even followed up. I called and cancelled any future appointments. Don't use these people.

Allan and the crew are very professional and they make sure you receive the expected service.

The girls arrived on time and were very efficient. They did a wonderful job and I was very pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone who I looking for a company to clean your home.

The quality of the work done was totally unsatisfactory and did not meet the standards that Alan the owner of KleanSlate set for the job which was a deep clean. The house was vacant and freshly painted. After several hours KleanSlate employees said they were done with the job. We pointed out several issues that they half-heartedly attempted to resolve. It was evident that they just wanted to leave. I asked if they cleaned the tops of the kitchen cabinets that were discussed with the owner and the reply was a definitive. Well it was not. The next day we move in, boxes and furniture everywhere. The day after that the owner arrived with the same crew and attempted to clean up what they did not finish and or mislead us to believe the work was completed. The owner made excuses stating what we wanted was above the norm and usually charges extra. He was now doing the extra as a favor to satisfy us, even though at the initial evaluation this was all suppose to be included in a deep clean which I was requesting. With that Alan left the crew to finish the job. The employees complained to each other about Alan and me, the homeowner for being such a hard ***". When all we wanted was to get what was agreed upon and paid for. Unprofessional and definitely would not recommend this company.

Prompt and courteous communication with the owner, even when I had to cancel an appointment. The cleaning staff did a great job.

Alan called right away to schedule an in home estimate. Everyone was very nice and punctual, showed up when they said they would show. Very nice around my pets, both dogs are a jumpy and she put them at ease.

Excellent job, especially on windows - sills and tracks were very dirty, now look great. Very fair price.

They did an exealent job.

Fair priced, diligent workers spent 9 hours cleaning our house. We had just moved and the furniture had not been delivered yet. The women worked very hard, non-stop and cleaned from top to bottom. The place sparkled by the time they finished. We plan on using them again for regular service.

Communication was done totally by long distance phone since I had moved out of my house to another area. Alan quoted me a price flat rate. When the cleaning was in progress he phoned me with subsequent problems saying the job was more detailed than he anticipated and the crew had to stay 2 hours longer than anticipated. He did not change the quoted price since he said that was what he had quoted and he would stick by it.

I got a detailed estimate and when the job was completed the house was sparkling clean and smelled wonderful!

Alan, the owner really worked with me and found me someone we really like for the job

The girl doing my service was friendly and professional.

There were late and I didn't get the full service I was promised.

Very professional and they wanted to make sure I was happy with the job before moving on.
