Clean and shine the bathroom tile, tubs, shower doors, commodes, sinks and counter tops Clean the top and front of the stove, as well as the burners Clean the top, front and sides of the refrigerator Clean the front of the dishwasher Clean all kitchen counter tops, sinks, small appliances and the microwave Collect and dispose of all trash Damp mop all of the floors Vacuum all of the carpeted areas Change the bed linens (if clean linens are left out for us )

Didn't vacuum well, left dusk and debris on floor, broke toilet handle, broke wires to fan in bedroom and left the fan on, he brought a coffee cup and left it on a table that he did not dust and wasn't on a coaster. Didn't even make my bed right. Also, had to ask him to vacuum because he didn't. He was being pushy for me to have him return. Took everything serious first visit, then when returned did a horrible job.

The cleaning service was less than he bathroom counter had obviously been cleared off for cleaning (everything was moved out of place) but the counter had not been cleaned and the floors were left unswept. I would have understood if they had given an explanation, but they rushed out an hour earlier than I expected them to based on the appointment reminder that I received from them. I really wanted to like them and be able to continue using their services, but their customer service just wasn’t what I expect. Also, the main thing I wanted them to do was clean my living room windows. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told they would. Once they arrived, they told me the windows would be an additional charge of over $100 dollars.

I would recommend only if you are looking for someone to do the job on very short notice, as inexpensively as possible, and the job doesn?t require an extension ladder. The quality of the work was good, but the need to supply an important piece of equipment is a major drawback.
