Great Job. My house looks looks new and clean, almost like a new paint job.

Referred by neighbor, Leonard came across as very personable and professional. We initially engaged them to power wash our house, and subsequently, upon Leonardas recommendation, wash our roof. Leonard did a good job of cleaning the house, destroying many of my wifes flowers with their biodegradable cleaning solution in the process, as well as killing patches of grass and part of a gorgeous Azalea bush due to the careless positioning of their compressor. As far as the roof cleaning goes, Leonard has not completed that task, although he promised to do so. I paid him in full, trusting him to keep his word; shame on me. He no longer answers his phones or returns calls or email. It might be worth noting that this company is not in good standing with SDAT. It appears as if they have not filed their annual return with the State of Maryland for the past two years. It is only a matter of time before their LLC is forfeited. I would not hire them to work on my property without proof of liability and Workers Comp insurance at this point in time.

Kleen Surface Pressure Washing arrived on time and provided reasonable estimates before performing work on a driveway, 2 walkways, outside stairs, a patio, patio planters, and stairs and brickwork leading from the backyard down to the basement. Mr. Jones also gently washed down a storage unit. He was thorough and took time to do the job right!
