We had a need for a media room and an en-suite bathroom built. Ideas and solution proposed by Klein Builders best matched our need. Working with Daryl Green and Al was a pleasure. They were very receptive to changes through the project period. We built so much confidence, rapport and trust in Daryl and Al, that we went way beyond the original contract/project and amended it to get them to do wood flooring and carpeting as well. All our issues and concerns were addressed with utmost sincerity, kindness and thorough professionalism. Well be hiring them for all future work and strongly recommend them for any building project.

This was my first experience dealing with contractors. Through the process of the building project I had great rapport with open lines of communication with Daryl Green who works for/with Al. He went above and beyond to meet with me, to explain things, and just to ensure everything was done correctly. When it was not done to my satisfaction, it was made right. For some reason I was not able to have that same level of communication with Al, the owner. However, he was willing to offer builder's discounts on a variety of things including kitchen appliances. The quality of the final product is second to none. And the cost could not be matched!

We were so impressed with the way Klien Custom Builder approach to building our third garage, we had them build a patio cover, bricked flower. We have three more projects that he will be doing without seeking other for quotes.

Our project was a lot harder than most because they had to come in and fix another contractors mistakes. We hired who we thought was a reputable contractor .2weeks later the roof on our 15 x 30 deck started sag.needless to say we were little more careful on the second go around. We found Klein custom builders They came out with a crew of real professionals fixed all mistakes and now we have a deck to be proud of. We decided to have our kitchen totally remodeled, enlarged with new cabinets and granite counter top and travertine floor while we had these guys here I would recommend them to anyone for any size job. My wife is finally happy...
