It is been a while since I hired this company but I’ve had them out twice because they’re very good

Klein Heating and Cooling was the company that had to be called to clean up the mess made by another popular local company. Fred and Amanda took care of everything within a few hours of me calling. Not only was my problem completely resolved - instead of the $600+ in new parts that the other company claimed I needed, Fred found a cross in the wire that was tripping a $3 fuse. I have never had a more honest, kind, and patient service provider in my home. I highly recommend Klein Heating to anyone who has any heating and cooling needs!

Fred was extremely professional and exceeded my expectations! Even responded within 30 minutes on a Sunday morning! Very happy and would not hesitate to call him again.

We had Klein Heating out to our home this afternoon to get a second opinion on a $900 repair estimate. In about 5 minutes Fred fixed several lose wires, determined the part that was "broken" was perfectly fine and had my AC running. Thank you so much - you've found a new loyal customer!!!

[Dublin, OH] I called to schedule a visit for a seasonal inspection and check-up on my A/C unit. From the minute Klein answered the phone, I knew they were going to be my go-to for HVAC service. Fred visited and conducted a very thorough inspection of and routine maintenance on my existing system. The knowledge and expertise he shared about the system and also some code changes in the county on other things he noticed in my condo was awesome. He was extremely helpful and maybe the nicest person I've ever had make a service call. In the end, I thought pricing was very reasonable, I was comfortable that the people at Klein were looking out for me and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.

I value and appreciate the trust I have in Fred to come into my home and service my heating and cooling systems. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't think of ever calling anyone else.

Based on their previous reviews I hired Klein. Did an excellent job of explaining the check up, potential issues with one of the parts, resolve another minor issue and the price was more then reasonable. He has my business for any future problems.

Stop searching thru hundreds of reviews, call Fred! Got home at 7pm from work to find my a/c was out. The house was 86 degrees and completely unbearable for my 2 toddlers. I saw all the good reviews for Fred and the work he did, so I bit the bullet and called him at 7:30pm. He was at my door by 8:30pm and had the a/c unit cranking ice cold air by 9:30. I really can't imagine anyone providing better customer service either over the phone or in person. I am a very sceptical person and absolutely hate calling handymen or service techs. I will be giving Freds number to all our friends family.

Fred could have simply fixed the problem, but he performed additional diagnostics to ensure there weren't other issues. He provided some suggestions and things to keep on my radar for the upcoming heating season. Great customer service!

The company owner came out on a Sunday as soon as he finished the job he was on when I called. He explained everything he was doing and why and completed the repair in a short time. Will call him again if I need service on the furnace or air conditioning system.

Fred was excelllent! The job was completed and we had air conditioning in about an hour and a half.

Technician was courtiers and professional. He repaired my heat pump quickly and made recommendations on how to properly maintain and keep problems from reoccurring. Great Job!
