Too expensive.

They arrived on time, figured out where they would start,started and finished after a couple of hours. Considering my house had not been cleaned for a month, i look forward to their return.

Had not had our home professionally cleaned since moving in 6 years ago. Baseboards, light fixtures & ceiling fans were in desperate need of cleaning. They did a fabulous job of cleaning from top to bottom. I couldn't have been more pleased with the job they did. Will definitely use them again.

They were professional and easy to work with from start to finish, and they did a fantastic job preparing my apartment for the move out inspection. I didn't expect to, but I actually got my security deposit back!

Estimate changed after inspecting project and work took longer that expected. The worker who completed the project did an excellent job.

Klene and Sweep did an outstanding job preparing a rental property for inspection. Dave was professional and personable. I would definitely recommend their service for anyone moving. I asked for a change in the time frame and he went out of his way to accommodate me. as we walked through the house, we found a couple of items that needed to be spiffed up and he did so immediately. I was very impressed.

David is a great guy! As a military family living overseas we had to rely on him to fix or house after some tenants left it deplorable, he did a professional job and on time. He kept us inform of everything that was going on sending us pictures and answering every single phone call no matter at what time we called him. He treated us with respect and made us feel like family and that we could trust again in the good will of others. We are really impress with the quality of his job! We will surely recommend him to all our fellow soldiers! We will gladly use his company again.

All work is subcontracted but David (Klene&Sweep) is a good person to work with.

working with Klene and Sweep proved to be a very good experience. David was very responsive to services I requested and kept me informed of what was going on. I had to coordinate the services from out of town since I am not in the local area my house is located. David took pictures of everything and made suggestions on other items I needed help with.

The cleaning crew was amazing and extremely thorough. We had a very very bad pet hair problem and the crew came in and I could not have ever pictured our place being this clean. The price was very reasonable for the high quality work that was done.

David and his crew did an excellent job for us. He was very accomodating, made good suggestions and did what he promised when he promised he would do it. I would certainly recommend him and will use his company for future projects!

Kleine and Sweep was a breath of fresh air. We had a worthless Property Manager (Gail Roe Century 21-Temple, TX) who failed to complete any tasks associated with moving in a new tenant. David and his team worked extensively with us. They were informative, cooperative and flexible and met our needs professionally and flawlessly. The new tenants had zero complaints on the cleanliness of our propertydue to Kleine and Sweep. We do not reside in the same state where our property is located which made this task very difficult, but Kleine and Sweep worked diligently and professionally. I would highly recommend their services!

They were on time, worked pretty quick since they have experience in drywall repair and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

great prices, however you get what you pay for. They did move out cleaning and carpets. They showed up almost 45 minutes late and no one called, also they had to be instructed to clean baseboards and doors as it was included in price, they had to go back over some things as well but what was pointed out they did. There was some debris left in front of my refridgerator as well and then there was a problem with pricing, i was told one price but when they finished the team gave a different price. I don't think i would use them again

they took longer than expected but finished project in 2 days. They had done a very good job. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Fast & Efficent cleaners

Awesome. I needed a thorough cleaning job done in not much time and not much notice. Came and did it on a Saturday. Very friendly. Recommended them to friends that were getting ready to move also.

Very helpful, did an excellent job on my move out cleaning. They work with you on everything and they keep constant contact with you throughout the service. They are the cheapest that I was able to find and they did an excellent job for their money. David and his team are the best Thanks!!!
