About us

Klepsig Plumbing is a family business that started down in Alabama in 1931. My in-laws moved up towards the Baltimore area and continued the business in MD. I became a MD state master plumber and gasfitter in 2017. When my father-in-law passed away in May 2022, I decided to take on the business, in his honor. Now woman owned and operated and open for your plumbing needs.

Difficult removal of old dishwasher and installation of a new unit over new flooring install. Not a mark on the floor and everything worked great. Also installed icemaker in new frig. Megan was very easy to work with. Good customer communication skills. You can trust what she says! I will ask her back for our next project.

I contacted Meagan about repairing a broken pipe in my basement. The pipe was part of the house water line and required digging into underground pipes with machinery. Meagan provided the link for that service and worked on site with the other plumbers. Customer service is extremely important to me and Meagan delivered Top customer service. Example. On time. Respectful to me and my property. . Kept me informed about what was going on and the next steps. Fair price and went beyond what was expected with no additional fees. Completed on time and left property clean. I would recommend this business highly. Plus I live probably an hour or more away from her business location but she got the job done just as we contracted.

Megan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was able to fix the issue and didnâ t gouge me on pricing. She was also so friendly and kind (graciously putting up with my dog who wouldnâ t leave her alone lol) and was just a very calming presence in a somewhat stressful situation. We contracted Klepsig Plumbing to install 2 master bathroom sinks and faucets that we purchased at Home Depot, to updater the plumbing too. Megan Klepsig contacted us the same day. We scheduled work for the following day. Megan arrived at the scheduled time and removed old sinks, then installed new sinks, faucets and plumbing. She completed the work that day and did a very professional job. The cost for install was fair and matched the quoted price. We highly recommend Klepsig Plumbing
