We had a new Trane HVAC system installed by Kliemann Brothers in 2017, when we added about 1,900 square fee to our home. They were easy to work with at first and we were happy with how the process went. The problems soon started happening after about 18 months. First the Thermostat failed, then an issue with an electrical card in the furnace, then came a full breakdown of the heat pump in less than three years time. We have not had AC for the last four summers, we have had to use the "emergency" function of the back up gas furnace for heat (with astronomical heating bills). Just this month the electronic air filter system died as well. Our system came with a 10-year warranty, but don't let that fool you because that is only for parts from Trane. Every time a technician would come out we were billed for their time. Repairs to our system, under warranty have been quoted from $4,500.00 up to $14,000.00. I think the higher priced quotes are the companies that "don't want to be associated

They were very professional; pricing and options were pointed out; the installation crew was on time; and he kept me in the loop with all the steps through the job.

I had them out when my furnace stopped working last winter. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and got our heat going very quickly, and made some recommendations to keep the system running well.

The salesman presented me different options so I could choose the best options and price for my budget. The installers were professional and kept me in the loop at every step of the process. They cleaned up everything and walked me through the settings and features of the system. An overall great experience and highly recommend them.
