What I found refreshing was that the person doing the work called me regularly to update me on the progress, and he also sent me pictures of the work that was completed to see if I was satisfied. Also, this gentleman advised that my porch roof was sagging and he put in new supports. I was pleased with his advice as i had been wondering what I would do if one of these supports gave way. I was very pleased with this proactive service.
