Came on time the next day. Fixed two small leaks in gas lines that RG&E had identified and an additional one in the line to the gas fireplace that they hadn't. Was done in half an hour, explained what he did and showed me. Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend him...

Knaak Heating & Cooling company was great. They were very professional, affordable, flexible and punctual . I had some difficulty with the area where they were going to install the boiler. He explains to me what was going one and they work with me to get it done. Their price was very affordable from the different companies I received a quote from. I was very happy with them and would recommend them.

keith was prompt and professional. cleaned the dryer vent quickly. answered questions about another issue i was having and recommended another preventive action that should be taken care of. i would definitely recommend knaak heat and cooling!
