I hired this company to do a full remodel of my large master bath as well as replace vanity in second bathroom. OVERALL OPINION: This project was more than the company was capable of completing competently. A smaller project without so many details would be more in the scope of what they could handle. Better time management and commitment to finishing things fully would have been much appreciated. PRICING: When I first contacted Mr. Knicely about my project, I gave him a ballpark figure of what I was expecting to pay. I was expecting a breakdown of where the money for each part of the project was going. The only full breakdown I received was for the materials bought. His time, the plumbers and others were simply broken down evenly so that it added up to the amount I had mentioned. We were not shown a bill or breakdown from the plumbers used so we knew what they actually charged. RELIABILITY: Not very reliable. Showed up on time to do the complete demo of the bathroom, however it was five full days before Mr. Knicely returned. Then it was one day of work and then did not show back of for a few more days. This was the pattern displayed. In the middle of the remodel a six day absence was noted before he returned. We did not say anything about this; however, we probably should have indicated it was not acceptable. DETAILS: Several things went uncompleted on this project. The job was called completed without the walk-in shower shelves even being installed. We had a ton of cleanup to do and had to make several small repairs and additions to the work that was done. Grout and other small professional details were absent upon inspection of completed project as well.
