    Even during a pandemic it still felt like getting a real home inspection. He was able to still discuss items with us as they were found and suggest some changes to better improve the health of the home. Will absolutely recommend his services to friends and family.

    I was looking for a mobile home and used Rocco twice, I hav e experience with home inspectors as my father was one for many years. Rocco was excellent. Knew his stuff,was friendly and professional. Good home report,good explanations of report and pictures. I ended up buying a mobile home 'as is' and knew exactly what I was getting. Thanks Rocco!     We hired Knight Home Inspection for the inspection on our first home. He was friendly, intelligent, thorough, and straight forward. He went out of his way to explain all of our questions in great detail. We would definitely recommend Rocco to anyone looking for a home inspector, especially ones with little kids....he included a "Monster Inspection Report" for our 5 year old son!!
