Eric and Karl came early, did a complete and detailed inspection all while answering any questions Or showing me certain items that were to be included in the report. I appreciate their work and the professionalism both displayed was top notch! Great team!

Our real estate agent was a general contractor and he pointed things out in each house we looked at. The one we purchased he had been very impressed with due to its workmanship. Eric Knight took the challenge and went through the property and confirmed we had a great place. There were a few minor issues, but the house is sound. He is a pleasure to work with, explains things thoroughly and simply, has a manner that conveys trust/confidence and his price is very fair. His review of the property was extremely thorough (took just over 3 hours for a 1,900 sq. ft. ranch).

Very nice, prompt, but....it was a total waste of our money. He "forgot" to check the washer/dryer, he missed a huge water leak (MOLD!) under a sink and the vanity was ruined and had to be thrown out, he missed a huge problem with the a/c system, he missed that the controller for the sprinkler systems was not functioning, he missed there is a huge drainage issue in the back yard...too many things to list with remaining characters. We could not be more disappointed. We trusted him because he was highly recommended. We would have done better to do it ourselves and spent the money on repairs.

I highly recommend Knights Property Services! Eric contacted me quickly and he quoted much lower pricing for additional services (ie radon testing, etc) than other home inspectors. I met him on site after he finished the inspection and he took his time to answer any questions and show me all areas of concern. The inspection was scheduled later in the day and he still had the inspection report back to me bright and early the following morning. I'm very pleased and feel I couldn't of had a better experience.

I had the honor of having Mr. Knight inspect a home that I'm thinking of purchasing. There is only one word that can be used to describe his inspection "Excellent". Mr. Knight's inspection was so thorough and professional and he didn't miss a spot. You can be sure to get a top notch inspection. Eric did a very thorough inspection of the property. I used to supervise construction projects and he found things that I missed. He not only found a few things for the builder to correct, but explained to me where the builder went above and beyond. I was concerned that the builder might have cut some corners, but Eric really gave my wife and I confidence that we are getting a solid home. I would definitely recommend Eric to someone.
