Knight Services is a locally owned and operated residential service company serving Boulder and the surrounding area. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, we provide dependable solutions for homeowners, property managers, and residential properties. We specialize in HVAC service, diagnostics, repair and installation, plumbing and hydronic heating systems, irrigation and landscaping, as well as general residential repairs and improvements. Our HVAC services are backed by EPA 608 Universal Certification, and we work with air conditioning, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers and other residential mechanical systems. From troubleshooting difficult problems to completing repairs and installations, we take pride in quality workmanship, honest communication and practical solutions. Calvin did an incredible job replacing a mini split for me in Denver. He has a shorter wait time than anyone else I called, and got the job done ahead of schedule, in the middle of a record heat wave we just had in Denver. I am beyond grateful for Calvin, and how how kind and transparent he was. Going forward he is my go-to HVAC guy.

As a local landscaper I've had plenty of projects that needed immediate asstance on with irrigation. Calvin has helped me multiple times with fixing various clients irrigation systems and get them back up and running properly. From my experience Calvin has been able to work with every brand of irrigation we work with including "Hunter, Rainbird, and Orbit." He has been able to work around my schedule and accommodate our needs when it comes to emergency repair. I'm overall impressed with his ability to get things done in a reasonable amount of time and for a good price.

Calvin is a jack of all trades. He worked on our roof, repaired our deck, did some lawn work, repaired the exterior of our house, performed maintenance on our irrigation system, winterized our irrigation system, and even support my home-based business by dismantling and disposing of large crates.
