After nearly a year of attempting to get Knight Wildlife to complete the nearly $4000 contract we signed, I finally had to file a claim with his insurance as well as take him to small claims court. The insurance company found Knight was responsible for $3500 worth of damage to my roof and they reimbursed me. However, I still had to hire another company to get rid of my unwanted pests, so I took him to small claims. The judge ruled in my favor that Knight Wildlife was responsible for paying another $4000 to reimburse me. He had 30 days to pay me, and it's been 2 months. Judgement attached. Damaged roof pictures attached. This is the quality of work Knight Wildlife does. Clearly he does not stand by his work, as he is refusing to pay a legal judgement against his company. I would avoid this company at all costs. The owner, Chase Knight, is rude, arrogant, aggressive and completely unqualified to be working on anyone's roof, as the pictures indicate. I'm quite sure that the owner will respond to this review and argue all points. But the fact is, a judge in the state of Washington found him liable. His own insurance company found him liable. And he still refuses to admit that he made mistakes and botched this job.

Knight Wildlife did a phenomenal job! They came out, quickly assessed my issues, and they handled it with great professionalism and care. I will be referring them in the future!

I hired Knight Wildlife for rodent control for two acres in the Summit area. Chase arrived on time and worked for hours on my mole problem. I had him return for a second time and he took the necessary time again. From too many mole hills to count to a few remaining, I am convinced he is the person for this project and I will use him in the future for all of my pest control needs.

Chase was engaged and went above and beyond to get this tricky project completed. Great job, and I would absolutely hire him again.

I had high hopes for this mole removal service after my initial meeting with Chase Knight of Knight Wildlife & Pest. He showed up when he said he would, walked my yard, assured me that my issue was indeed a mole(s), that he had a â mole machineâ that is a carbon monoxide device to remove the oxygen from the mole tunnels, killing the moles without poison to other animals (I have pets). He was very personable & sounded knowledgeable. That is where my positive experience ends. We received a quote of $399 for the initial service. I was told that a technician would come out and â mapâ the yard for the mole tunnels & then use the CO machine. The process would take roughly an hour. Then, it is a monthly fee of $99 for them to continue to come out & prevent future issues. If you do not continue service & have a future issue, you have to start over at $399 for the original service again. All O.K. Our first service was scheduled on 9/26/22 before 5:00 pm. Chase came out to perform the service & arrived well after 5:00 & we were out. When he arrived, there was no sign of a â mole machineâ . He simply inserted a hose into the exhaust pipe of his car & put it down the mole hills. No â mapping the yardâ and no service down in the backyard. He was at our house for less than 30 minutes. We viewed all of this on our Ring cameras. The next day we had new mole hills. My husband texted, emailed & called & was finally told it may take 7-10 days. I reached out to Chase via text on 10/4 and again stated there was no improvement. He replied & said a technician would be out on Monday 10/10 (soonest available). On Monday I texted and asked what time to expect him. The response was that my service had been moved to Friday because the mole machine was being serviced. I replied that I was extremely disappointed and that we would like a refund, as nearly 3 weeks later, my yard is a MESS of mole hills and we are still awaiting the follow up service. I received no response.

Fast quote process and Great communication for explaining the process of removing the furry little beasts from our attic. They came out on a weekend to seal everything up and set the trap.
