Central A/C Service or Repair
Knight?s AC Company charged me $700 for repairs on a thermostat issue, then the AC stopped working the next day. The owner (Lee), who previously worked on the unit, touched a wire and allegedly blew the motherboard and condenser. Shane (an employee) came out three days later but could not fix it. I have not received any response from Lee despite multiple calls and texts. I?m asking for a refund or a credible repair plan with a clear timeline. I do not recommend this business until they address these concerns and restore communication.
