The only downside was that the tripcharge cost as much as the minimal service I needed. Regardless I'd use them again. They were done fast and the air conditioning works great!

From the initial phone call, Chris was very easy to talk to and I was able to explain what was going on and he understood. Chris was on time for the appointment we set and he explained all the work he was doing. He also give my husband and I some additional tips on how to maintain the AC unit.

The problem was that I was rescheduled four times. One of the times they said they'd come in an 8-10am window, and I didn't get a call that they weren't coming until about 2pm. They did eventually come (it took about a week though), and they did, as a courtesy, provide the labor on an ancillary part of the project (install a purchased digital thermostat, $50 value) at no cost. Additionally, the guys that came were courteous, quick, and the job did get completed correctly. But as a working person, for whom it's not ideal to work from home, having to do so multiple times for a one-hour job wasn't something that I appreciated.
