Very professional and timely service. The laminate floors were excellent value and looked very nice.

They did a great job on the carpeting but tried taking an easy route with our laminate floors and did not reinstall the subfloor they removed and never even consulted with us on leveling the floor which was noticeably uneven. As floor "experts" they should have consulted with us on our options. Instead after several calls complaining they came out and pulled out the floors (their expense) installed a subfloor (at our expense).

They were very professional. Only downside was they charge a fee to come out a second day if you have only 1 day work. For me I had bedrooms that needed new carpet, I had to move everything into one bedroom and move the rest downstairs. Then after they did one room and was working on the second room, I had to move everything out of the 3rd room into the completed first room. If they had to come back a second day to do one of the rooms I would have been charged their minimum job fee. Otherwise they were very professional and the quality was of work was great.

I would us them again.

The guys did a great job but make sure the floor is cleaned a bit more when done.

The new bamboo flooring was installed on April 26 and 27, 2016. The same two man crew performed the removal and disposal of the existing carpet and then installed the flooring. Jose and Miguel were on time and worked two full days to complete the project. They were respectful and even moved some heavy objects around to complete the project. The surface to be covered was 486 square feet and the floor is stunning. The crew always kept the job site clean and cleaned the floor when it was completed.

We had a few glitches come up during this project and Knights Flooring took care of the issues in a very prompt and satisfactory manner. Our initial project involved new engineered wood and flooring an tile replacement in both bathrooms. We are now, again, using Knights Flooring to replace the carpeting throughout the remainder of the house.

The owner Joey Manson was very nice and easy to talk to. He was the reason that I had decided to have them do the installation of my floor. However, after I decided to do business with them, I have never heard from him again. i wish he could just gave me a call to follow up which is important for a business. Then I started talking to the people in their office. My experience with them was just okay, although they were eager to help me out with any questions that I needed to know. The workers that did my floor were superb, fast, very polite and knowledgeable of what they were doing. I would give Jose an A for a job well done. He gave me advices on the do's and don't's for my floor. He is such an excellent worker.! He is an asset to the company. I hope Joey notices it. At the end of their work, they cleaned up the place very well and left me feeling happy with the way my floor turned out.
