Besides the fact that the scheduling of the W.O. was very informal, which I do not mind at all, Knock Out Electric came and completed everything in a very reasonable timeframe. They hit everything on the work order. The lead electrician went above and beyond and recommended a better was for add an additional light switch in into a stackable light switch, went out of his way to the store and purchased a light switch to match our original light switch. Plus they cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend and knowledgeable.

Mr. Murphy was very responsive. He and his co-worker came out to look at my issue and fixed it all in the same day. He walked me through every step and explained the issue to me and what he was doing to fix it. Mr. Murphy also let me know issue to look out for that may arise in the future. Very appreciative of his assistance and quick resolution of my issue.

Although he had to reschedule Appt a couple of times, when he did make it, he did good work. He also offered me a more economical and practical way to install my backfeed connection.
