He was great and got the job done. I had a prairie field in my backyard, and it was wet. He was able to get it cut down to a manageable length so I could mow it the following week as I suggested. I rated customer service as 3.5 because he didn't give me a time that he would come over. He just kind of showed up. Also, after looking at the yard, he mentioned I didn't tell him I also needed him to remove branches that I had bundled up. I told him that I did put that in the text, as well as cleaning up the clippings. The text I sent him was requesting a quote for clippings to be removed from the prairie grass he cut, and to remove branches from some bushes I had trimmed and bundled. I also sent him photos of the area and told him it was pretty high grass. When he looked at the yard, he said he couldn't remove the clippings because they were too wet and heavy. I told him that was fine and he could just move them all along the side of my fence which he did. It looked very nice and I was happy with the work he did. I was running errands when he was finished, and I told him he could leave and I paid him on the phone. When I got home I was happy with the yard. However, he didn't bring the branches as he said he would. He is a very nice guy and a hard worker. I would definitely call him again, I would just have him come over and give me a quote before hand, so he can quote me based on the project at hand. I definitely feel like I got a deal despite the branches being forgotten.
