They came out, gave a quote, started the work, got paid two-thirds of the work, and only did half of the work. 

He did not follow up with what he communicated. He did not come when he said he will.

The company is not forth right and not honest. They do not follow through with what they are supposed to do. This company is not trust worth or honest.

I am a recent widow. I paid $425.00 for snow removal - this company NEVER came out and intentionally, after 16 messages, phones calls, emails, never responded. I was literally trapped in my house for 3 days until neighbors became alarmed and began digging me out themselves. When I finally was able to speak with Jerry Donovan he said he would be right out and NEVER showed. He said that he doesn't have the money to pay me back. He lied about coming out, about returning my money for NEVER doing the job I paid for. This is not a reputable company - don't fall for it. I see by other reviews, this treatment of their customers is NOT uncommon. What kind of company takes the money from a recent widow , I did explain that my husband had just died and I needed a company who would do the job FOR SURE - and I was assured they would do the job. Stay away from this company - they will scam you.

We paid them for this snow removal season. This last snow they never came out after numerous calls, texts and messages. The snow before that they came over 48 hours after the snow had fallen and were contacted several times before finally answering and saying that they would come within hours and said it would not happen again. It did it happen again they never showed up. We paid $375 for snow removal and never received the removal promised. They do not answer calls, texts or emails and have deactivated messenger as well. Extremally unhappy with the job not done. Please do not waste your money, I feel this company takes advantage of senior citizens!

Personally came out to see what services were needed. Chipped all the ice and used pet friendly salt from driveway, my sidewalks and even my back deck paths for my small dogs.

My neighbor and I both prepaid for snow removal. The first snow fall they came and did my driveway but didn?t do my neighbor. I called Jerry Donavan and he said they missed it and would be right back. That took 24 hours. Now we have over 6? on the ground for 48 hours after the last snow storm and still waiting. I texted Jerry at 9:30 this morning and he texted me back saying he would be here in the afternoon. After several more phone messages and texts it is now 8pm and still waiting. Jerry really puts on a nice show but certainly doesn?t do what is paid for. Do not believe he intends to fulfill the contract.

I have had to contact them asking when our snow would be removed more than 36 hours after the snow had fallen. It has taken them days after the snow fell to come and remove snow from our driveway and sidewalk.

I paid in advance and signed a contract for snow removal. After a large snowstorm, he never showed up and will not communicate with me. I have missed 2 days of work by not being able to get out of the driveway and my job is threatened.

The work (at least for yesterday snowfall) was not done- at all. No one showed up. The service promises snow removal within 24 hours. I have emailed, phoned, texted, and FB messaged. No one has responded. I paid in advance for the entire season. My property is the only one on the block with a porch, walkway, patio, and driveway not cleared. Bad enough that no one came, but if there is a reason, it must be communicated. No one even replies when contacted. Do not make the mistake of hiring this company. I will write a new review at the end of the season if this service improves. Someone did come out to clear the snow, only well beyond 48 hours from when the snow ended. It was thoroughly removed. Due to the and lack of communication, I think there should be a partial refund. I received a verbal promise that this will never happen again. I will let you know on that. On the next, big, snowfall, this company did much to redeem itself. They came out twice and did a thorough job. Communication still must improve, as once again I called and emailed without getting a response. Finally, I did get a response to my text. I wanted to know what to expect with a large snowfall predicted over two days. The snow that came on Thursday did not quite hit the 2 mark, so I still had to go out and clear snow. I recommend you take that into consideration when considering this company. Due to the very cold weather, that lighter snow, still needs to be cleared, and at a time when doctors on the news are telling people not to go out into these cold temps to clear snow, it leaves an older person with no options. Before leaving my garage, early this morning, I had to go out to clear the snow before driving over it and making icy ruts in the driveway. This company was wiling to snow rake the roof for an added price, but with the additional snow, ice dams still occurred. I am hoping those dams are not as severe as they would have been without the raking.

I needed a flowering tree cut down. Because the berries were so messy and I could only use a half of my driveway. He offered me a good price and got the job done quickly. He and his team left my area as clean as it was when he came. Thank you for making this project affordable and easy.

He was out the next day and worked past sunset to get the job done.

Knockout landscape and construction were great. Did a wonderful job of cleaning my gutter and yard of leaves. Also they haul away all the leaves and broken trees branches. They were fast and efficient. I will use them again.
