I needed to have software uploaded and a new laser printer set up. The software upload turned out to be fairly complicated and somewhat time-consuming. Richard just proceeded step by step until success was achieved always with a good attitude.

Knorr fixed my laptopâ s hardware problem in 15 minutes (while the big shop was going to take 3 hours and could â get me in next Thursdayâ ) for $80 (where the big shop was going to charge me $185.) I asked if I could bring the laptop to him, and he was super gracious about it. His wife entertained my one year-old by showing her the Christmas decorations and the wild turkeys in their yard for the 15 minutes it took to fix the thing. A cheap, solid fix for my computer turned into a lovely morning. TEN stars out of five; would absolutely highly recommend.
