Came out same day. Removed and installed a new gas hot water heater. Cleaned everything up. Stayed on budget. No surprises. Removed the old one. Was a great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was completed on time and for the budgeted price I was quoted even though some things had to change in order to complete the job. Overall I was very happy recommended them to a friend and neighbor and they will be doing work for them in the coming weeks. Great company to work with.

My wife and I bought an older home, and since owning it we have had to have literally everything replaced. And for all our plumbing work we went to Joe Knott. When our old cast iron piping burst, we called Joe. He came out quick, on time, and gave us a great price for the job. He completely replaced all of our sanitary drain lines, and did an excellent job bypassing a huge in-slab leak we had which caused an almost $1000 dollar water bill. A few months later we had a few leaks occur in our supply lines and we called Joe Knott yet again. And again he delivered a professional, on time, and great valued service saving us yet again from another plumbing nightmare. He was able to completely replumb all our water supply lines throughout the house, quickly and effectively. A year later we needed to replace our electric water heater, and we called our ONLY choice for a plumber, Joe Knott! He was able to come out and quickly replace our water heater, again on time, professional, and a great price. I HIGHLY recommend Joe for any of your plumbing needs, and he is the ONLY plumber my wife and I TRUST to give us the best price, and do the job right.
