Kathy and Rich were super accommodating. We had to do an inspection last minute and even though they were booked they were able to make some changes in their schedule and fit us in. That was great great for us and we appreciated it truly. Rich was so savvy and friendly and went over every inch of the house. Highly recommended!

Had previously left a positive review but I'm retracting it. Warning to prospective clients READ ALL PAPERWORK THOROUGHLY. There is a lot of it, but do it. In my report it was noted that oil tank was not visible. In the summary of recommendations the inspector did not bother to mention that a formal oil tank inspection should be obtained. To be fair - he didn't have to - it was already stated on "page 6, Section E" of the inspection agreement. I didn't comb over the agreement with a fine tooth comb and now I am stuck with a leaking tank. THESE GUYS DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK. APPROACH WITH CAUTION.
