Austin set up the appointment 8-13-20. I ask him can he give me the paperwork saying that I did get my attic done with Cellulose Insulation the same day we set up the appointment Austin said he will. I told Austin I will insulation all over the attic that includes the garage he said okay I ask Austin can he give me the paperwork I will send to Georgia Power Energy for a rebate. Austin said okay I talk to Austin ask what insulation you all used he said Cellulose. Austin and I went thru my house to see the area were the Vince are so he can seal all the Vince and open area I am still getting dust in my bathrooms. Michael the supervisor said they will come back finish. 8-21-20. I call Austin 8-24-20. 8-31-20. he said he will call Micheal. never call back. They send me a bill saying I did not pay I call Nancy 8-28-20 I told her they cash my check 8-24-20 Nancy said disregard that invoice. I pay $1,000.00 to get treated like this unprofessional.

They were late but they had equipment problems to deal with before they could come over. They kept me informed about the problem and were very fast getting the job done.

Initially rated Knox Pest Control 3.0 based on wrong information from Home Inspector. Regional Director contacted me personally explained state guidelines and codes in detail for attic insulation. Great follow up Knox Pest Control. Changed rating to 5.0.

Dylan and Steven did an awesome job. Romona Long came and inspected our church property, gave us the best recommendation, and explained all of the ends and outs of the procedure. Due to the weather, there was a cancellation and they were able to come and do the installation a day early. They left the premises clean and neat. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable of what they were doing
