This is a continues review of this company that I was not allowed to continue due to characters limit. This is the only way I know how to get my review completed. I know how to continue it. The spectrum cable box was looking for an HDMI cable to connect to the TV and a standard cable had been run. Spectrum had upgraded this box about 4 years ago and assumed to be more common than not since older cable boxes were phased out. Experience should have told the installer he/she need to make sure what is need to connect the cable box to the TV before running cable. I had an HDMI cable that was long enough to run outside the wall from the box to the TV so that was the fix. Now there is another exposed cable on the wall. Got the system making noise and the installation was done. Are you sure? Excess wiring was put, I will say stuffed, up behind the TV and in the curtain valance which falls down in plain view. You know by now with my sarcasm notes in this review there is another exception to this install to follow. After the tech left and I got ready for work. Before leaving for work I sat down to check out my emails and there was nothing. Seems CET was playing musical cable (chairs) with the ports on spectrum splitter. No real cable tracing had been performed before this project had started, just pull and plug or otherwise these very preventable issues would not have occurred. I called Ashley, she called the tech, and he responded the same day and fixed the issue. The techs had some difficulty mounting the TV mount. After mounting, the TV would barely tilt. At the height the TV was mounted, which was by my request, the quality of the TV picture was sacrificed by the viewer. If the TV was able to tilt there would have not been this issue. From the information the tech gave I believe the issue was with the TV mount itself. I called CET and told Ashley that this TV mount was not working and needed to have a different mount installed. I had researched different mounts and found that this mount was one of the least flexible, cheapest you could buy. During the project there were multiple times from the tech stating that he had never seen this mount before all the while I was thinking he was the one that ordered the mount. Anyway, the answer I got from Ashley was that the project manager stated I should have been charged double from the quote I was given, based on what amount Ashley said he said I should have paid, and yet they stuck by their quote and did not charge me anymore. So, who is the expert here, me? Do not think so. That is not my fault is it!! Ashley told me if I wanted to have the TV mount replaced, I would have to purchase the mount, and they would charge me 160.00/hour to install it. End of discussion. Now maybe you see why this review is so detailed and long. I do apologize for that, but I am in a little disbelief. I was actually blamed for CET estimate and made to feel that I had done something wrong. All I wanted was to get a good quote and have my system installed. But with the multiple errors in this project I was forced to go to my second choice and invest more money. For sure, I could not feel comfortable with CET doing any more work in my home. For a reference? Read the many reviews that were great and be aware of what did happen with my experience. A note on the TV mount that was installed. Guess what, it installed incorrectly. For a TV they are slightly curved and need the spacers supplied by the vendor. Use them and this mount will work and will tilt further than what I was left with on my installation. Go figure huh? Experience and proper planning would have made my project a success, Making the correct choice on whom you chose to build your project will insure you have those qualities. I made a big mistake.

Installed 240v 50a line from service panel to carport for the Level 2 EV charger. Installed 120v 20a line for security system through carport ceiling. The team was very skilled, communicated well with owner, excellent job.

Showed up right on time - within the minute (unusual). Very friendly but professional at the same time. Diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me a solution. He also talked about some other things I should look at resolving and I fully expect to contact him in the future when I am prepared to do that. I think he will be my "go to" person for any electrical work in the future.

Ive known him for a long time and he has done work for my over the last 10 years. He has always done quality work and is reliable.

He does a good a job. If something comes up he takes care of it right away.
